What you bought
Commissioner's Edition is a one-time purchase of $4.99 (USD) that unlocks online features for 12 months. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew, so there is no recurring charge to cancel.
Our approach
We want you to be happy with Commissioner's Edition. If something went wrong or you bought it by mistake, email support@gridironblitz89.com and tell us what happened.
Customers may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing support@gridironblitz89.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and Commissioner's Edition access granted by that purchase will be removed.
After 14 days, purchases are generally non-refundable except for duplicate charges, failure to provide the purchased access, circumstances required by applicable law, or another exception approved by Gridiron Blitz '89.
Some jurisdictions give consumers refund or withdrawal rights that apply regardless of what this policy says. We honour those.
What happens to your access after a refund
If we refund your purchase, your Commissioner's Edition access for that purchase is removed. In practice we subtract the 12 months that purchase granted from your access. If you had purchased more than once, refunding one purchase removes only the time that purchase added — any other paid time you still have remains.
How to request a refund
Email support@gridironblitz89.com from the address on your account and include:
- the email address on the account, and
- roughly when you purchased.
We normally respond within two business days. Approved refunds are returned by Stripe to your original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Duplicate or accidental charges
If you think you were charged twice or in error, contact us and we will investigate and put it right. Our system is designed so that a repeated payment notification does not grant extra access, but if a genuine duplicate charge occurs we will refund it.
